1. Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our boutique items, we do not offer cash refunds.

Exchanges aren’t accepted. 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll work quickly to replace or credit the product.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order ships.

Brown Sugar Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once items are marked as delivered by the carrier.

4. Preorders

Preorder items will ship on or around the date listed in the product description.

Please note: if you order in-stock and preorder items together, all items will ship once the preorder arrives unless separate shipping is selected at checkout.

5. Sale & Discounted Items

All sale, discounted, or clearance items are final sale.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

6. Sizing Disclaimer

Please refer to our size chart or item descriptions for accurate sizing before purchasing.

Brown Sugar Boutique is not responsible for sizing issues once items have been worn or washed.
