1. Return & Exchange Policy
• All sales are final. Due to the nature of our boutique items, we do not offer cash refunds.
• Exchanges aren’t accepted.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll work quickly to replace or credit the product.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
• Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order ships.
• Brown Sugar Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once items are marked as delivered by the carrier.
4. Preorders
• Preorder items will ship on or around the date listed in the product description.
• Please note: if you order in-stock and preorder items together, all items will ship once the preorder arrives unless separate shipping is selected at checkout.
5. Sale & Discounted Items
• All sale, discounted, or clearance items are final sale.
• Discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
6. Sizing Disclaimer
• Please refer to our size chart or item descriptions for accurate sizing before purchasing.
• Brown Sugar Boutique is not responsible for sizing issues once items have been worn or washed.
